The rates for 2023 are as follow:-

Jan-May .. £ 250/night .. £1500/week. . Jun-Sep .. £300/night .. £1800/week. (Does not inlude the month of August) Oct- Mid Dec .. £250/night .. £1500/week. (Does not include Christmas and New Year) August .. £400/night .. £2000/week Christmas period .. £300/night .. £1600/week  New Year period .. £400/night .. £2000/week

Deposit

For stays of 3 nights or less we require a deposit of £100. For stays of 3 nights + we require a deposit of £200. The deposit is non refundable so please ensure that you definitely want to book before sending the deposit.

The deposit can be paid by Paypal (payment to be sent to ronaounsley@hotmail.com) , bank transfer (we will forward our details if this is your preferred method) or by cheque in your local currency. If you wish to pay be credit card we can generate a Paypal invoice which will allow you to pay The deposit payment is deductable from the overall cost.

Payment of Balance

The balance is due 4 weeks before arrival (or in full if booked within 4 weeks of arrival).

A receipt for your deposit and balance will be emailed to you.
